Wraps and bowls
Choose the form, the base, the protein, the toppings and the sauce. Every one carries protein, and each series starts from a sector of the wheel.

Shakes and infusions
Single-ingredient proteins, creatine, cacao, matcha. MitoFuel 2.0 leads: avocado, papaya, carrot, turmeric with black pepper, cinnamon, creatine. Infusions of matcha and chamomile.
Soups by colour

Functional ice cream
No added sugar, already formulated, and the one we are proudest of. Raw cacao and cashew, ceremonial matcha and macadamia, blueberry and coconut, rose and cardamom. Each flavour carries its boost in the recipe.
Smart treats
Real ingredients, whole: fruit as it grows, nuts and seeds.
Boosts. Our library runs from Ayurvedic tradition to the newest longevity science: turmeric, ginger, whey or pea protein, collagen, creatine and many more. Curated in some recipes, and as many as you need in any dish.
The standard
No added sugar. No gluten-containing ingredients. No ultra-processed foods.
A standard for what enters our kitchen. What goes on your plate, you decide.
Real, whole ingredients
Whole foods you recognise on the plate: vegetables named one by one, pasture-raised meats, wild fish and plant proteins.
Single-ingredient boosts
Pure, with nothing added. Some are part of the recipe, and you may add as many as you need to any dish.
Built your way
Every bowl and wrap is yours to compose. What is good for us may not be what you need today; the menu bends to you.
The reset
Simple, real food for the days you want to start fresh. Your body does the rest.
The science
Why do we age? Science has twelve answers. We design around eight.
In 2023, López-Otín and colleagues updated the map biologists use to describe ageing: twelve linked processes, from how a cell senses nutrients to how it stops dividing. Food changes the inputs: the glycemic load of a meal, the protein your muscle receives, the fibre your microbiome eats, the polyphenols your cells meet. Those are the inputs our kitchen works with.
That is the THD wheel: a design framework inspired by the biology of ageing, with eight intentions. Every dish starts from it.
López-Otín C, Blasco MA, Partridge L, Serrano M, Kroemer G. Hallmarks of aging: An expanded universe. Cell. 2023;186(2):243–278. doi:10.1016/j.cell.2022.11.001
This research guides how we design. It describes ageing in general, not the effect of any single dish.

The ingredients
Colour is information. So is the source.
Every ingredient on the menu has a purpose. We share what it contains, the research behind it and where it goes on the plate, so every choice can be a conscious, informed one.
We launch as a delivery kitchen in Miami, through the channel our clients already use. A curated menu lets us refine every dish before the flagship opens: a place to gather, learn and share the table.
Stage 1 · first
Ghost kitchen
Delivery only, Miami. Order through the platforms you already use, or directly from us.
Stage 2
Flagship
A table and a community. Talks, slow music, a library of longevity on the shelves, wellness activations through the week, and the why of every dish explained at the table.
Stage 3
Expansion
Curated locations, and our own line of functional products: spices, teas, tonics and ice cream.
Miami first. Brickell, Downtown, Edgewater, Wynwood, Midtown, Coconut Grove, Miami Beach, Design District.
The manifesto
We believe food is the code to hack body, mind and soul.
Every dish we create is a line of that code.
We are biohackers. The revolution of wellbeing starts at the table.
Health is the most radical act of freedom.
Much of what surrounds us was designed to be craved, not to make us well. Choosing what enters your body is how you take the decision back.
Health is sovereignty.
Biological autonomy: the right to decide what you eat, how you live, and how you care for your own body.
Self-care is rebellion. Hacking is resistance.
Choosing real food over what was designed to be craved, one meal at a time. Making the right choice the easy one.
Longevity for everyone, every day, as the rule.
Open knowledge: we read the science, we cite it, and we serve it on a plate.
Frontier science. Ancestral kitchens. One plate.
The hallmarks of ageing guide every dish we design. Real ingredients and ancestral techniques make it food; boosts, as many as you want, make it yours.
Every conscious act of care is a spark that adds to the whole. One conscious meal at a time.
The founder
“What I want for me and my family, I want for you.”
I feel a profound calling to make a contribution to society: to make daily longevity hacks available to everyone. Small positive changes, one conscious meal at a time, towards a virtuous society capable of reaching its highest potential.
